Heinz Maier Leibnitz Prize 2019

With the annual Heinz Maier Leibnitz Prize the German Research Foundation (DFG) is awarding young researchers for outstanding achievements. The prize is endowed with 20,000 Euro and is intended to support young postdoctoral researchers in advancing their research careers. Prizewinners are chosen by a selection committee appointed by the DFG and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

Kiel University is invited to put forward two nominees. In her letter, Prof. Karin Schwarz, Vice President Research, Technology Transfer and Early Career Researchers at Kiel University, calls for applications to be put forward by the University to participate in the nationwide competition.
The deadline for the submission of applications to be nominated by Kiel University is Juli 15, 2018.
