Open Writing Lab

PD Dr. Avan N. Antia, Integrated School of Ocean Sciences

01 March 2019
09:00 – 14:00 h

Location
Leibnizstraße 3, room 15

Despite having taken a writing class, when you actually get down to it, it is often not as clear cut as you wished. This is because writing is a process that takes time and practice. Feedback and more practice. Editing and more practice. And at some point you're there.

The ISOS Open Writing Lab is a day in which you bring your written work, and sit together (with lots of coffee and brain food) with others reviewing, editing and polishing your work. Give and take critique and get into the flow of writing. Particularly candidates who have taken part in ISOS writing courses will benefit from being able to review the methods and techniques learned.

To plan the room (and brain food – walnuts and blueberries are good, Haribo does the trick) please register if you plan to come.

ISOS candidates have priority in our courses.
Usually, child care can be provided – please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
