09 October – 11 October 2019
daily: 09:00 h – 15:00 h

Location
Leibnizstraße 1, room 105a

The course will enable you to apply the freely available software 'Ocean Data View (ODV)' and embedded oceanographic data for your work. It is a software-package for interactive exploration, analysis and visualization of oceanographic and other geo-referenced profile or sequence data. The software runs on Windows, Mac and Linux/Unix systems. All created configurations are platform-independent and can be used on all systems.

We will focus on the eWoce, WOA and Glodap data sets, but you are encouraged to bring your own data in order to tailor the course according to your personal needs.

ISOS candidates have priority in our courses.
Usually, child care can be provided – please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
